At Liiiuberri, we're dedicated to getting your beautiful handcrafted jewelry to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
- Jewelry & Accessories: Processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- T-Shirts: These are made-to-order by our print partner in the closest to your address facility. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note: During peak seasons, sales events, or for custom/made-to-order items, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated via email or on our website.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that if your order contains items from both Jewelry & Accessories and T-Shirts collections, you may be charged a combined shipping rate and items will arrive in separate packages.

- We offer international shipping to United States, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore.

T-Shirts:

Our apparel is shipped using a separate flat-rate shipping profile. These items do not count toward the "Free Shipping" thresholds mentioned in the Jewelry section above.
- Destinations: We ship apparel to the UK, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the European Union (EU).
- Shipping Rates: A flat delivery fee applies to all apparel orders depending on the destination country. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Estimates: Generally 2–10 business days after processing.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
4. Shipping Carriers
- Jewelry & Accessories: We primarily ship via Royal Mail. Other carriers may be used at our discretion for larger orders or specific destinations.
- Apparel: Our print partner uses various carriers depending on the destination (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, USPS, DHL).
5. Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Packaging
- All Liiiuberri items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
7. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed at a local post office, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any additional costs incurred to reship the order.
- If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus the original shipping fees and any return processing fees.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Liiiuberri is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- If your tracked order appears lost, please contact us at liuba.arutiunova@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to assist you in locating the package and guide you on filing a claim with the carrier. Please allow sufficient time for the carrier to investigate.
9. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes internationally. Some domestic services may allow it.
- We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations or addresses at our discretion.
